Reinforcing films are used in key or weak parts of the automobile sheet to improve local strength. Mainly used for door inner panels, door handles, inner hoods, roofs, wheel covers, side walls and other outer panels to improve the bending strength and impact resistance of the steel plate, improve the safety performance of the vehicle, and increase the fatigue resistance of the steel plate and its damping effect, elevates the comfort of vehicles.


Our reinforced film is a composite material, which can be made into various geometric sizes and shapes according to various requirements. It can be bonded and cured at room temperature or at high temperature. Because it can be cured at room temperature, the bonding force and reinforcing force to the sheet metal during curing are gradually strengthened, and the sheet metal will not be deformed or warped. The main feature of the reinforcing sheet is that it can be cured at room temperature (high temperature curing is common used now), and the other indicators are the same as the existing ordinary reinforcing sheet.   • Linear Increase

    The initial sealing performance is good, and the adhesive is not easy to fall apart when pasted. Furthermore, the reinforcing force is linearly strengthened, which wouldn't cause any deformation to the sheet metal of the vehicle.
    Heating and hardening can improve the performance of sealing of the steel plate, noise reduction and the reinforcement of the steel plate.

  • Curing at Room Temperature

    In the current industry, reinforcement adhesive has high requirements for temperature and requires low temperature transportation and storage. However, our self-developed products can be stored at room temperature.

    Our self-developed reinforcing adhesive can meet requirements of easy paste/ installation, without special equipment and tooling. Moreover, the installation time is very short.
